The program will be published on this page, together with its verification hashes, when the mainnet opens. Do not trust any "Bitcoin 1.01" copy circulating elsewhere before then.

§ 01

What the package will contain

Windows: a single zip file with the program (bitcoin101.exe), its source code, the documents, the lab pages and the test vectors. Nothing to install; on first start the program creates your wallet on your own computer.
Android: for now, building on the phone with Termux (Running on Android).

§ 02

Verify after downloading

Open PowerShell in the folder that holds the zip file and compute its hash:

Get-FileHash .\Bitcoin101-<version>.zip
```
The result must match the table below exactly.
Extract the zip and check the program's hash as well:
```
Get-FileHash .\bitcoin101.exe
```
If you already have a copy of Bitcoin 1.01 you trust, verify the package signature too:
```
bitcoin101 imza-dogrula SHA256SUMS.txt --adres <signing address>
```

If the hashes do not match, do not run the program. At launch the hashes will also be announced through a channel separate from this site; comparing the two protects you if the site is ever taken over.
